Set gently between the jungle and the sea

Afternoons are intentionally open. Time for the beach, the sauna and cold plunge, a book, or simply being together. Come as you are. Leave steadier, lighter, and more connected.

What Makes

This

Trip

Unique

Wake up and do yoga every morning overlooking the ocean. Spend your days lounging by the pool, the beach, or getting a massage. All meals are on-site and the food is actually insane (for real). The only thing for you to do is plan what you're packing.

One

Temazcal Útero ceremony

We will do a temezcal ceremony guided by a local shaman. As volcanic stones are heated and infused with herbs, the space becomes warm, quiet, and inward-facing, offering an opportunity to release tension, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the body. Participation is always invitational, never forced. You’re encouraged to meet the experience in whatever way feels right for you.

Two

jungle waterfall hike

We’ll venture into the surrounding jungle for a waterfall hike, moving through lush trails and cooling off in fresh water along the way. This experience connects you directly to the landscape, offering both adventure and a sense of awe. A jungle trail hike serves as a flexible backup depending on conditions.

Three

on-site restoration

Our retreat center could be considered a wellness playground! With extensive on-site amenities, we are saving plenty of time to get to enjoy our beach getaway. Spend time between the private beach, sauna, cold plunge, outdoor gym, and infinity pool. Play games, sip a cocktail, rest, or book optional wellness therapies like IV drips & massage. This is your time to relax under the sun!

Four

yoga with ocean views

Each day begins with grounding vinyasa and winds down with restorative yin, practiced with sweeping ocean views. Classes are accessible, steady, and designed to support the rhythm of the week.

"I highly encourage anyone who is feeling the pull of going on a retreat to go for it. I could not have imagined this retreat before going on it because of how special and unique it was."

“One of the calmest stays
we’ve ever experienced.”

"Going on this retreat was the experience of a lifetime. I grew in ways I did not know was possible. They had everything planned out so well. I felt extremely taken care of and comfortable being somewhere I had never been before with a group of people I've never met. I loved the balance of relaxation, play, exploration, and inner healing work. The leaders created a one-of-a-kind environment. I highly encourage anyone who is feeling the pull of going on a retreat to go for it. I could not have imagined this retreat before going on it because of how special and unique it was.
