A five-night reformer and mat pilates retreat, built for rest as much as movement. Held on the intimate island of Amorgos.

The Pace Of

Amorgos

Amorgos

Amorgos

This week moves slowly. Morning reformer pilates, long brunches, and a quaint Greek island.

We loved it so much last year, we had to run it again. Think: getting gelato from the same shop everday, taking naps on warm sandy beaches, and a ridge hike that leave you with sweeping views of the Aegean.

A different pace, on purpose.

Every Habitat retreat is built around the place and the people, this one's built around spaciousness. Mornings are unhurried. Afternoons are open. The most demanding thing on the schedule is deciding between the beach and the pool.

Seven Days

Here's

Your

Rhythm

Reformer pilates every morning, followed by brunch. The rest of the day is intentionally curated to bring both rest and simple enjoyment. Everything is optional - the week is yours.

One

Monday

land, exhale, and meet your week.
fried food on black round plate

Arrive by ferry from Santorini or Mykonos. Land at our villa with a cliff view. Settle in and enjoy your new home for the week. Evening chill yoga session to stretch out the travel, followed by our opening circle and a long welcome dinner together on the terrace.

Two

Tuesday

Go at your own pace.

Morning reformer Pilates, followed by breakfast. The routine you've been craving. The rest of the morning is yours - wander into town for shopping, book a massage, or hang by the pool with your vacation read. Optional afternoon stretchy yoga session. Evening Greek Wine Tasting with a local Sommelier, small bites between pours and the kind of whites you can't get at home. Then we head to town for a cute dinner by the sea.

Three

Wednesday

set sail for a day of salt and sun.

Morning coffee, reformer Pilates, and breakfast as usual. Then, we trade reformer for sea salt - the private boat departs mid-morning for a full day of hidden coves, turquoise waters, swim stops, and lunch on board. This day is the one that reminds you you're in Greece. Group dinner altogether at the retreat venue overlooking the ocean.

Four

Thursday

The Day is yours

Coffee, reformer Pilates, breakfast. This day is all for you. Wander down to the beach for an ocean dip, stroll through the streets of the cute local town, and spend time in the spa (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, massage). Whatever is calling you, there's space to do it. Optional stretchy yoga class. Then we head to town for a night of Greek salad + pizza.

Five

Friday

ridge hike & beach time

Morning reformer Pilates & breakfast. Then we depart for a ridge hike to get sweeping views of the island. The white-washed cliff villages and deep blue Aegean sea. We're back at the villa by noon. Free afternoon to lay in the sun. Evening yoga followed by our closing ceremony. Then final group dinner in town.

Six

Saturday

slow morning, soft goodbye

Last reformer, last breakfast, last group photo on the terrace. Group transfer to the ferry.

(FAQ)

How do I get to the retreat venue?

The easiest path is to fly to Santorini or Mykonos and ferry to Amorgos. We will send you a full travel guide after you sign up, and help you book ferries and arrival times with the group. We will pick you up once you get to Amorgos

Do I have to have experience with pilates?

Not at all. Classes are mixed-level and we will provide modifications. Past attendees have come without ever stepping on a reformer before.

What is the age range?

The age range of our retreats vary. This one is from 28-65, but we welcome any age!

Can I sign up alone?

Absolutely, most guests do. Our retreats are designed to make solo travelers feel instantly at home - and you will leave with new friends!

What's the pace of this retreat compared to your other trips?

Slower, on purpose. This is reformer and yoga, long meals, and open afternoons — not high adrenaline. If you want movement without the demands of our adventure retreats, this is built for you.

Will you help me pre-retreat?

Yes, we will help you with flight suggestions, packing list, visa info - really anything you might need to know before takeoff. Oh, and a private pre-retreat group chat!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The food at the venue is served buffet style, with options for all dietary preferences. When we go out to eat - we've got you covered!

"The Greece retreat with Habitat was incredible. The location was stunning, with views of the Aegean Sea that made every yoga session feel surreal. The schedule had a perfect balance of structured yoga and meditation, plus plenty of free time to explore the local villages and beaches. The group connected quickly, making it feel like a getaway with friends. The retreat really helped me unwind and reset—I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and with a deeper sense of clarity. I could not recommend going on one of these retreats enough."
